The roskomsvoboda organization which is engaged in monitoring of the register of sites forbidden in russia, started the we speak for the internet project. The resource is devoted to public discussion of the legislative initiatives concerning the internet and the it sphere. The draft of amendments to the anti-piracy legislation, earlier offered by officials from ministry of culture became the first document which has been laid out for open discussion on a new platform. The comments sent by another users can't be seen. Discussion of the document will last till february 9. The bill developed by the ministry of culture provides expansion of a coverage of the anti-piracy legislation on all objects of copyright (now responsibility is established by the law only for distribution to networks of a piracy video content). Officials also suggest to enter in the country the mechanism of pre-judicial settlement of disputes between internet resources, providers and owners.
